Ladies and Gentlemen,
As your section leader for the ITCCOA, I have been ask to hold a meeting of all members of the association in
Section 4W to present the new Procedure Manual and to conduct a ratification vote. Similar meetings are being
held in all of the other sections statewide and the results of the vote will be announced at the annual meeting in
Oglesby in December. The new Procedure Manual can be viewed on the ITCCOA website:

Rochester, IL, on Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at 6:30 pm. Please RSVP to this e-mail so I will know how
